Just like in sport, success on the field starts with a strong pre-season. This stage sets the foundation for the journey ahead, giving you the chance to get match-ready as a leader. Pre-season is about building fitness, sharpening skills, and setting team standards — and in the Huddle Program, it means laying the groundwork for how you’ll lead and engage your workforce.
ELEANRING: INTRO MODULE
In this stage, you’ll complete your first eLearning module and take the Leadership Style Survey. This step sets the foundation for your journey by introducing the key principles and philosophies that drive the Huddle Program.
It’s also a chance to build self-awareness by looking closely at the traits and behaviours that shape how you lead. Understanding these patterns will help you spot your strengths, recognise areas for growth, and see more clearly how your approach impacts the people you work with every day.
FACE TO FACE: KICK-OFF WORKSHOP
This first face-to-face workshop kicks off the program. It’s a chance to step out of the day-to-day, connect with other leaders, and set the tone for what’s ahead.
You’ll share your Leadership Style Survey results in small groups, explore what drives workforce engagement, and be introduced to the Personal Assets Framework — a simple model for creating environments where people feel confident, capable, connected, and proud of their work.
The session is interactive, with discussions and activities that get you thinking and talking.
